Celebrating Christmas 2024: A Message from Vorenta Group
As the festive season draws near, the Vorenta Group—comprising Meat & Livestock Classification (MLC) and HallMark Veterinary & Compliance Services —came together to celebrate the accomplishments of 2024 and share in the Christmas spirit.
On Wednesday, 18th December, colleagues from our head office team, who provide invaluable support to the entire group, gathered at a local pub near our new head office for a festive Christmas lunch. This event provided an opportunity to reflect on the year’s successes, strengthen bonds, and enjoy some well-earned laughter in a warm and relaxed setting.
Although we couldn’t gather everyone in person—particularly our dedicated field staff who work tirelessly across the country—we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for their commitment and effort. From those on the ground to those behind the scenes, every contribution has played a pivotal role in making 2024 a year of growth and accomplishment.
Reflecting on an Extraordinary 2024
This year has been one of notable milestones for the Vorenta Group, including:
Relocating to a brand-new head office, which now serves as a hub for collaboration across all our subsidiaries.
Leading vital reforms in UK Border Control processes and successfully implementing the new Border Control Regime.
Expanding our teams to support exports, imports, and meat classification operations.
Managing significant challenges such as the UK’s Bluetongue and Avian Influenza outbreaks.
Securing prestigious contracts, including APHA Specialist Resourcing, Veterinary Official Controls, Meat Inspection Services with the FSA, and Portal OV Services at Portsmouth and Newhaven ports.
Launching new services, such as seamless Animal Health Certificates for pet travel to Europe.
Continuing to deliver industry-leading meat classification services through MLC.
